Specialized Care Designed Around Young People
No two adolescents, young adults, or families experience life in exactly the same way and therapy shouldn't look the same for everyone either.
FLORA Youth & Young Adult Counseling provides highly personalized, relationship-centered therapy designed around each individual's age, developmental stage, personality, needs, and goals.
Our signature concierge model allows us to bring therapy into the environments where young people often feel most comfortable being themselves. From individual in-home sessions and walk-and-talk therapy to parent guidance and family support, care is thoughtfully adapted to the person rather than asking the person to adapt to therapy.
Personalized care. Meaningful connection. Therapy designed around real life.
Concierge In-Home Therapy
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Our signature concierge model brings personalized therapy directly to the comfort of home. Sessions are thoughtfully adapted to each individual and may take place in a comfortable living space, outdoors, or during a neighborhood walk, allowing therapy to feel more natural, flexible, and connected to everyday life.
More than a convenience, in-home therapy allows us to thoughtfully shape the therapeutic environment around each young person's developmental needs, personality, comfort, and goals.

Young Adult Therapy
Navigating Independence, Identity, and What Comes Next
Young adulthood can bring exciting opportunities alongside uncertainty, pressure, and significant life transitions. FLORA provides individualized therapy for young adults navigating college, careers, relationships, identity, family dynamics, independence, and the many decisions that come with building an adult life.
Therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to better understand themselves, work through challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop the confidence and resilience to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Family Therapy
Strengthening Connection at Home
Families can experience periods when communication becomes difficult, relationships feel strained, or changing circumstances affect everyone in the home. FLORA provides family therapy designed to help family members better understand one another, strengthen communication, and navigate challenges together.
Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each family’s needs, creating opportunities to address patterns of conflict, rebuild connection, improve problem-solving, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Individual Therapy for Adolescents & Teens
Support for Growing, Changing, and Becoming
Adolescence brings tremendous emotional, social, and developmental change. FLORA provides individualized therapy for adolescents and teens navigating challenges at home, at school, in relationships, and within themselves.
Through a relationship built on trust and respect, therapy is tailored to each young person’s age, personality, strengths, needs, and goals, helping them develop greater confidence, self-awareness, coping skills, and resilience as they grow.

Parent Guidance & Support
Supporting the People Who Support Them
Parenting an adolescent or young adult can bring questions, uncertainty, and moments when it is difficult to know how best to help. FLORA provides parents with thoughtful guidance and practical support tailored to their child’s developmental stage and the unique needs of their family.
Together, we can strengthen communication, better understand challenging behaviors and emotions, navigate changing family dynamics, and help parents find ways to remain connected and supportive while encouraging their child’s growing independence.

Walk-and-Talk & Outdoor Therapy
Sometimes Conversation Comes More Naturally in Motion
For some young people, sitting face-to-face during therapy can feel uncomfortable or overly intense. When clinically appropriate, FLORA offers walk-and-talk and outdoor sessions that allow conversation to unfold in a more relaxed and natural setting.
Movement and time outdoors can create a different rhythm for therapy, giving adolescents and young adults another way to engage, reflect, and connect while receiving the same thoughtful, individualized therapeutic support.
